By the time of reservation, you will be requested either a credit card number as guarantee, or a deposit of 30% of full amount.
Payment will be kindly requested upon arrival.
Lucca Comics: tariff, conditions and cancellation policy must be verified directly with the Reception.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD RATES
No penalty in case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. From 3 days till the day before your arrival, penalty of 1 night. From 1 day to no show, full penalty of 100% of full amount.
Payment will be done by credit card at the time of reservation – the reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified. In case of cancellation, penalty will always be 100% of full amount.
PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE RATE.
Children Supplement/Discount
Infant 0-2 years old are free of charge if in the parents' bed or in baby cot (to be reserved in advance, according to availability, free of charge).
Extra bed for children over 2 years and adults + € 20,00 per day.
